The service includes a web dashboard with portfolio visualization, trade history, strategy management, and backtesting tools. Different subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Premium) are offered with progressive automation and analysis capabilities.
CryptoCode does NOT constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information provided by the platform is for informational and educational purposes only. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user. Before trading, we recommend consulting with a licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction.

To access the service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. The email must be verified before you can operate. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and any exchange API keys you link to your account.
Each account is personal and non-transferable. It is strictly prohibited to share your account with third parties, sell or transfer access, or allow another person to operate on your behalf without your active supervision. Each person may register a single account; creating multiple accounts may result in the suspension of all of them.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur on your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately through the contact email and change your credentials without delay. CryptoCode will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account when such access results from failure to comply with these security obligations.
4. Acceptable Use
By using CryptoCode, you agree not to perform any of the following actions:

- Unauthorized external bots: connecting third-party tools or scripts that interact with CryptoCode's internal systems without express authorization.

- Mass scraping: extracting data from the platform in an automated manner without express written authorization.
- System overload: making API requests in volumes that exceed documented limits or that affect service performance for other users.
Violation of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of your account, without prejudice to any legal action CryptoCode may initiate.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risks, including the total loss of invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. CryptoCode does NOT guarantee profits or specific results from using the platform.
The user assumes full and exclusive responsibility for all trading decisions, including those executed automatically by strategies configured on the platform. CryptoCode acts as a technological tool; the responsibility for capital and operations rests entirely with the user.

In jurisdictions where total exclusion of liability is not permitted, CryptoCode's liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All elements that make up CryptoCode (trading algorithms, analysis algorithms, source code, interface design, brand, logos, texts, and documentation) are the exclusive property of CryptoCode and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic and applicable international treaties.
By subscribing to the service, CryptoCode grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license, limited to accessing and using the platform as provided in these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights over the platform or its components.
It is expressly prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, or in any other way commercially exploit any element of CryptoCode without prior written authorization from its owners.
7. Suspension and Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time from the configuration section of your profile or by sending an email to [email protected]. Cancellation does not generate a refund for subscription periods already paid, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Upon cancellation, CryptoCode will disable access to the platform and delete or anonymize your personal data as established in our Privacy Policy, maintaining only those records that the law requires to be preserved.
8. Modifications to the Terms
CryptoCode may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When substantial changes are made, registered users will be notified by email and/or through a prominent notice within the platform, at least 15 days in advance of the effective date.
To continue using the service after the new terms take effect, explicit re-acceptance will be required. If you disagree with the modifications, you can cancel your account before the effective date without additional penalties.
Continued use of the service after the effective date of the modified terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We recommend periodically reviewing this page to stay informed about the current version.

Before initiating any legal action, the parties commit to attempting to resolve the controversy in good faith through direct communication, granting a period of 30 calendar days from the formal notification of the claim to reach an amicable solution.
